Healing art classes offer participants creative outlets to use in managing present and future stress and trauma. The structured workshops foster a healing environment by providing supportive conversation about shared experiences that offer an alternative strategy for coping with post traumatic stress. Casual group discussions during the class add comradery and security knowing that you are not alone in our struggles. No art experience is necessary to participate in a healing art workshop. Each class will have a unique theme used to guide the creative process. Participants are welcome to follow the theme or create on their own. All materials are provided by The Big Red Barn Retreat
