DESCRIPTION:We will be hosting this special iRest Yoga Nidra class at the BRBR Cabin Garage. Veterans\, Active-Duty service members\, First Responders\, and IMMEDIATE family members welcome! Registration link will post the Friday before class.  The registration link will expire at 3:00 PM on the day of the class.  \nRegistration Links:  \nUpon student arrival for classes -Prior to arrival\, participant must register in-advance for the class-Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own mat. If you do not have one\, one will be provided for you. No other props will be used.-Please use a bathroom before coming to barn. If you do need to use our bathroom\, please follow the bathroom protocol after use.
