National Police Week
May 10 - 16, 2026
During National Police Week, we recognize, honor, and thank the men and women in law enforcement who serve their communities with courage, sacrifice, and dedication every day.
At the Big Red Barn Retreat, we are honored to support first responders through programs like Struggle Well, a peer-led, evidence-based, and posttraumatic focused approach aimed at transforming first responder and military cultures, rather than simply adding another wellness program.
Guided by two core objectives, Struggle Well normalizes the struggles inherent to the lives of first responders, and equips them with the resources necessary to grow through trauma. The training teaches participants how to turn adversity into strength and growth, helping them better serve themselves, their families, their communities, and their country.
Law enforcement officers often carry the weight of experiences unseen by others.
National Police Week serves as an important reminder that support, connection, and community matter.
To all officers and their families, thank you for your service and sacrifice. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve those who serve others.
Through peer-led conversations and evidence-based practices, Struggle Well continues to create opportunities for growth, connection, and support for those who dedicate their lives to serving others.
