A little about Bill Patterson, Veteran and Tai Chi instructor. His Tai Chi classes consists of low impact, slow motion movements that puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it suitable for many mature adults with chronic health conditions. We work on movement control, weight transference, and integration of mind, body, and spirit to improve one’s quality of life. Tai Chi works on your body and mind at the same time. The movements not only relax your muscles; they calm your nerves as well. All the movements are done slowly, smoothly, and gently. Unlike other exercises where you work hard at speeding up as you get better, in Tai Chi, as we slow down, we improve. Questions? Contact Bill at 803-730-3089 or Visit https://williamapatterson.com/
