Yoga Nidra with Jessica Smith

We will be hosting this special iRest Yoga Nidra class at the BRBR Cabin Garage. Veterans, Active-Duty service members, First Responders, and IMMEDIATE family members welcome! Registration link will post the Friday before class. The registration link will expire at 3:00 PM on the day of the class.

Upon student arrival for classes
-Prior to arrival, participant must register in-advance for the class
-Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own mat. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you. No other props will be used.
-Please use a bathroom before coming to barn. If you do need to use our bathroom, please follow the bathroom protocol after use.
