Big Red Barn Retreat

MEDITATION TRAINING

We’re so excited to announce a partnership with the Maharishi Foundation to bring veterans, first responders, and their immediate family members through Transcendental Meditation (TM) training. Transcendental Meditation ™ is a cornerstone activity at Warrior PATHH, and a technique that allows those struggling with stress and anxiety to calm their nervous system and reconnect the mind, body, heart, and spirit.

A number of research studies, involving hundreds of veterans and active-duty personnel, have shown powerful, positive results from TM practice. These findings are corroborated by the hundreds of published peer-reviewed research studies on TM over the last 45 years showing its effectiveness at reducing stress and stress-related conditions.

Because TM works by reducing stress, it simultaneously reduces all stress-related conditions including alcohol use, depression, emotional numbness, insomnia, and PTSD.

It is easy to learn and practice, has no negative side effects, can be practiced anywhere, and improves resiliency.

To Sign-Up: Class is only for veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and their immediate family members.

Meditation training is offered quarterly.

Participants must commit to four days of consecutive instruction. Each day consists of two hours of instruction and effort will be made to schedule class time in a manner that is convenient to those that work full-time. Class is limited to 6-9 participants.

For more information, email [email protected], click below or visit our calendar to register for the class today. Class is limited, so registrations will fill up quickly.
