It also helps to lighten your mood and improve happiness and life satisfaction. Getting your hands in the soil can trigger the release of serotonin, a natural antidepressant, in the brain.
Join us at the Big Red Barn Retreat for gardening workshops or seasonal/monthly garden work days where we work in the garden planting and growing vegetables and fruits for every season.
