Elevate your mood and reduce anxiety by harvesting vegetables in a garden to reduce stress and create joy. The Big Red Barn Retreat hosts gardening workshops, as well as, seasonal or monthly garden work days.
Meditation
Transcendental Meditation ™ is a cornerstone activity at Warrior PATHH, and a technique that allows those struggling with stress and anxiety to calm their nervous system and reconnect the mind, body, heart, and spirit.
Form Up Fridays
Form Up Fridays allow Veterans and First Responders to learn and apply skills through Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and is based on the principles of Posttraumatic Growth.
Farm to Table Cooking Classes
Preparing food and eating together with friends or family works in building connections and relationships. Food helps people engage through informal conversations over a shared experience of eating together.
Financial Wellness Training
The Big Red Barn Retreat is proud to offer a Financial Wellness Training Program for Veterans, Active Duty service members, First Responders, and their spouses (couples are encouraged to attend!)
